Beyone hands-on medical care, CHN Foundation has designated funds available to help area children, adults, and families who are experiencing financial difficulties due to serious medical problems. Please join us for this special event to increase awareness of our Foundation and help raise funds so we may continue helping our community members. Enjoy the fall colors in Central Wisconsin! Registration: 11:00 a.m. - 12:00 p.m. at City Inn, Berlin or Open Road Harley Davidson, Fond du Lac. $20.00 per bike, second rider $10 or $20.00 per 4 wheel with additional passengers $10 each. Dr. Vedula brain jogger founder, presenter and brain fitness coach will present a 90-minute program starting at 10:00 a.m. More than 3,000 active and older adults have attended his presentations. This is what people say – Dr Vedula made it interesting and added humor to his presentation. Dr Vendula will teach you exercises for both sides of your brain. Seating is limited. Call 920-361-5420
